A walk across Hampstead Heath, London’s countryside.

Hampstead Heath is London’s lungs, where we go to pretend we’re in the countryside.
There are lakes to swim in, Kenwood House puts on concerts and, of course, the views are to die for.

There are a lot of trees on the heath, most planted for effect.

Kenwood House:
A country house to the north of the Heath. It has a wonderful collection of paintings by artists that include Rembrandt, Turner and Constable.
In the summer, they put on classical concerts but the rest on the year it’s corporate.
